er last three music videos have begun a trend of playing to that media hype. It’s unfortunate. I feel like she’s no longer playing along with it and instead serving the fixation. That’s what seems to be ruining her.
She was nothing but honest in her second album. This new material is too contrived.
Whatever.
Her new releases, just sounds like her first releases. She does not have any versatility-all flash!!!
Fancy costumes, special effects and hyper-active video editing are NOT a substitute for actual talent.

Ihave a love/hate relationship with Lady Gaga
But never have I called her boring.
Until 2 minutes ago when I finished watching her Judas Video.
just terrible. lacking in creativity, musicality, energy.
And why do artists think it is a good idea to stop the momentum of the song by dropping the music out for a ‘dramatic’ moment. It just kills the whole mood and makes everything screech to a halt. (And it’s been done about a million times already.)
The video is good and the song is catchy. I personally feel that this video does not evoke the feelings of energy and awe felt when watching the Bad Romance video BUT she consistently makes videos that eclipse those of her contemporary peers.
I was hoping for something really offensive but I guess all you have to do these days to offend a Catholic is say Judas Jud-i-ah-as Judas Gaga. Just them Catholics blowing smoke again, woe is me, I’m offended…well I’m offended they continue to get away with child abuse but we can’t all be winners, can we Charlie Sheen?
That’s the worst kind of ignorance. I’m a Catholic, born and raised, and I’m not bothered by this video.
There’s nothing to be offending by – which I’m sure is upsetting to Gaga since she so badly wants an edgy, controversial moment with this, which is not the case.
Or rather, ‘offended’ by.
I agree – the choreography in this was….bland. Not at all what I was expecting – the choreography for Bad Romance, Telephone, many others was great, but this was boring, repetitive, and overall unoriginal choreography…Not particularly phased about the song, but the biker gang idea was kinda different and cool – nothing I’ll be raving about – I just hope the rest of the BTW album is a little more like Fame Monster in terms of awesome songs…
I like the video more than I thought I would and I don’t find it that offensive, though I’m sure a lot of people will. Having the guy wear a crown of thorns was probably going a bit too far. The choreography is pretty bad, but I do like the look of the video. At least she isn’t boring.
Wow this song sucks. I normally like her stuff, not enough to call my self a little monster or anything, but this song totally sucks. Apart from the Rick Gonalez(Reaper!!) appearance, that was a total waste of my time.

Sure the choreography was a little amateur, but now its much easier for fans to dance like Lady GaGa
So far, I’m impressed visually but not stylistically. However, I’m reserving judgment until the long-form video comes out tonight. Hoping there’s more to the story than what the short-form shows.

Not anything out of the ordinary for Lady Gaga. She needs to find a better voice, than be a Madonna-clone!!!
