Kanye West joins Nicki Minaj on stage at Britney Spears concert: Watch it here!

One of the centerpieces of Nicki Minaj’s set on this summer’s Britney Spears-hosted Femme Fatale tour has been her head-spinning verse on “Monster,” the fantastic track from Kanye West’s 2010 magnum opus My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

Of course, that song also contains verses from West, Jay-Z, and Rick Ross, so it always feels a little incomplete onstage without them.

‘Ye decided to bring some extra noise during the Femme Fatale stop last night in Uniondale, New York, storming the stage during the opening notes of “Monster” for a run through through his song-opening verse.

The crowd, as expected, went a little nutty. Check out the video of West’s guest appearance here:

Now that is a cameo. West has been all over the greater New York area this week, including an appearance at the grand unveiling of Watch the Throne, his full-length collaboration with Jay-Z. EW was there at New York City’s Hayden Planetarium on Monday night, during which guests to listen to the album while stars imploded and planets collided. Recently, too, West took the stage to rap with Q-Tip in Brooklyn.

What do you think of West’s drop-in on Minaj? And what’s your take on artists performing songs in the absence of people who guest-starred on those tracks? Sound off in the comments below.

I was there! Nicki was doing amazingly and then KANYE came out and everyone went crazy. It was so insane to see him show up at a Britney Spears concert!

Sweet! I’d love if he’d show up at the Columbus show when I go, but I doubt he’ll make it to Ohio lol.

as interesting as poorly rhymed intense obsceneties usually are, that got repetitious in 30 seconds. why? musically, it’s kindergarten. just a moron holding a mic to his mouth and yelling nonsense over a simple beat. if I wanna hear more creative profanity, I can watch the first five minutes of Full Metal Jacket. rap is a joke.
