It’s been a pheel-good year for co-ed soul collective Phox. The Baraboo, Wisconsin six-piece, who’ve been praised everywhere from NPR to the New York Times and will spend the summer touring behind their self-titled debut, due June 24 on Partisan Records (the Brooklyn label that’s also home to Deer Tick, Heartless Bastards, and Eagulls).

In the meantime, you can watch the video for the breezy, syncopated charmer “Slow Motion” exclusively here:

The clip, directed by Phox guitarist/banjo player Zach Johnston was filmed in West Nashville across from their homonym namesake the Stone Fox – a club coincidentally coowned by guitarist William Tyler of Lambchop and Silver Jews. Synergy!
