Rihanna has money on her mind, other parts in racy 'Pour It Up' video

Imagine if Miley Cyrus had a cameo on Game of Thrones, and you still wouldn’t quite comprehend Rihanna’s new video for “Pour It Up.”

In characteristically provocative fashion, RiRi spends the majority of her latest clip wearing very little in the way of clothing. Instead of, say, a seasonably sensible turtleneck-and-trousers ensemble, she’s found on her throne clad in a skimpy, bejeweled outfit, along with strategically placed (read: on her crotch) dollar bills.

This risqué outfit leads to some provocative pole-dancing and eventually, inevitably, twerking.

Watch it all go down (and up, and down, and up again…) in the video below:

Rihanna calls out UK journalist in Instagram rant

RiRi is unapologetic indeed: Taking a page out of M.I.A.’s playbook, the outspoken pop star reacted to an unfavorable article written about her in the UK’s Daily Mail by taking swipes at the author via social media.

It all began when journalist Liz Jones took Rihanna to task in the Mail for being a “toxic role model,” admonishing the multiplatinum singer for, in Jones’ opinion, regularly promoting sex- and drug-laden imagery, publicly continuing her relationship with abusive beau Chris Brown, and flaunting “the sort of fashion sense on stage that surely invites rape at worst.” Hmm. Rihanna tweets 'Unapologetic' tracklist, including Chris Brown duet

Rihanna

As if it wasn’t already stormy enough out there, Rihanna looks ready to make things even more Breezy.

After finishing up work in the studio for new upcoming Unapologetic, RiRi used old-school social media — ink on a bar napkin — to write out the Nov. 16 album’s tracklist, and then sent out an image of the whole thing to her Twitter followers.

The songs that made the cut look more or less how you might expect them to — titles like “No Love Allowed” and “Love Without Tragedy.” But it’s the duets that are making people talk that talk — particularly one with Chris Brown. We don’t yet know what the song’s about, of course, but it’s titled “Nobodies Business,” which could be a misspelling of “Nobody’s Business” — as in butt out of their rumored rekindled relationship. Or, perhaps more likely, it could be a play on the phrase, and the song’s about an industry — the media, maybe? — that they think is full of nobodies.

Elsewhere on the album is a cred-boosting collab with rising rapper Future and a sure-to-be buzzy song with Eminem titled “Numb.”

Check out the full playlist (as per Rihanna’s note, at least) below and let us know what you think in the comments:

Rihanna announces new album 'Unapologetic,' releases racy album cover

Rihanna

Well, the lady likes to stay busy.

For the seventh time in seven years, Rihanna will release a new album. RiRi first gave her Twitter followers a sneak peek of her next release’s nudie cover art this morning, and now the singer has officially announced that Unapolgetic will hit streets Nov. 19 — almost exactly one calendar year after Talk That Talk.

What do you guys think — are you excited for another Rihanna winter? Does her first single “Diamonds” (and her recent Chris Brown boomerang) help or hurt her case?

Rihanna Instagram'd a NSFW-ish picture of her new tattoo: See it here

You already knew that Rihanna lit it up at last night’s Paralympics closing ceremony, but did you see what she did before that? If you follow her on Instagram, you most likely did.

RiRi used the photo-sharing app to publicly upload a topless picture of her latest tattoo, and accompanied the image with a message:

Goddess Isis- Complete Woman – Model for future generations- #GRANGRANDOLLY – always in and on my heart #1love

Interesting! Almost as interesting as the picture itself (above), which features the aforementioned Isis — the Egyptian goddess of motherhood, magic, and fertility, not to be confused with Archer‘s International Secret Intelligence Service  — drawn snugly under the singer’s bosom. As her message suggests, she got the tattoo in honor of her late grandmother.
